Rain, rain, horrible rain!

Well, we are in Freiburg and it has rained heavily all night, and continues to rain all day today! It could be worse though - we could still be in the south of France I guess.... We had a look at where the flooding has hit France, and one of those towns we had driven through a few weeks ago.

Thats little comfort though when the 6 of us are stuck in this campervan, and the temperature has dropped down to almost Christchurch winter temperatures. Yes, we are sitting in here, cold, bored, and frustrated!

Yesterday though, we drove right through Switzerland, and it was just the most beautiful place. The landscape was amazing with high mountains, lakes, waterfalls falling from the mountains everywhere we looked, lots of little villages dotted everywhere, some of them incredibly high up in he mountains. Zurich was beautiful too - but unfortunately we only had a quick look through there. So we haven't seen much of Freiburg yet, we were hoping to explore the town today as we only have a short drive to our next destination, but the weather is putting us off doing that. So we might just do a drive through town, and then carry on to Konstanz. We are staying by the lake, so lets hope there's not too much more rain! Roll on Copenhagen!
